Greetings from the heart of our company! I'm Luke Knapp, and I've been the owner of Undercover Tents for the past 17 years, now stepping into our 19th year in 2026. My journey with this company began where most do, spending one summer setting up tents before taking the reins for myself.
What fuels my passion is the transformation-turning an empty field into a thriving wedding venue. It's not just about providing a service; it's about creating an experience that will be cherished for a lifetime.
Roots run deep for me as a fourth-generation Vermonter. Both sets of grandparents owned dairy farms, instilling in me a love for hard work and a connection to the land. It's this background that has fueled my commitment to the success of our business. One of the things that truly fuels my enthusiasm is seeing the growth of our business and the expanding abilities we bring to our clients. I am genuinely passionate about what we do, and look forward to many more years of transforming spaces and creating memories.

Welcome to our events team! I'm Erin Whiting, and I've proudly been a part of this company since 2016. I truly love what I do—helping clients pull off events that are not only successful but unforgettable. I’m all about the details and genuinely enjoy working closely with people to bring their ideas to life.
From initial planning to execution, I am here to answer any questions and provide the support needed for your vision to come to life. You will find me in the office most days, but I love visiting our tent sites and getting my hands dirty when the opportunity arises.
On a personal note, I'm not just about tents and events! I love the outdoors and you'll often find me outside with my dogs, Duke and Fern, or gardening. I also really love to cook and spend time in the kitchen!
